Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the 300x platform and related services (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
300x provides a dedicated AI assistant platform running on hardware assigned exclusively to you. The Service includes AI agents that can read, analyze, and act on your behalf within connected accounts, subject to the permissions you grant.
3. Access
The Service is available by invitation only. You must be invited by an existing member or approved by our team. We reserve the right to revoke access at our discretion.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Provide accurate information. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
5. Connected Accounts
When you connect third-party accounts, you authorize our AI to access and interact with them on your behalf. You may revoke access at any time. You acknowledge that AI-generated actions may occasionally produce unintended results and should be reviewed.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not use the Service to violate laws, send spam, harass others, disrupt infrastructure, or attempt unauthorized access. Do not reverse engineer any part of the Service.
7. Subscription
The Service requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. We may adjust pricing with reasonable notice. Minimum commitment period: 3 months.
8. Your Data
You retain all rights to your data. Upon termination, you receive a complete export of your data. Your dedicated hardware is then wiped and reassigned. We do not use your data to train AI models.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, actions taken by AI agents, or unauthorized access to your data.
11. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or error-free.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, you receive your data export and your access ceases. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.
13. Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
